CRISP FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken, cut into 20 parts
1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Dyers dough:
2 egg whites
6 tablespoons milk

Powder coating:
350 grams of wheat flour
75 grams of corn starch
2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon seasoning chicken flavor
1 teaspoon chili powder
Oil for frying to taste

How to make:
1. Chicken wash, drain and rub with salt and pepper, squeeze and let stand for 15 minutes.
2. Dyers: egg whites mixed with liquid milk, stir well.
3. Layer flour: wheat flour mixed with sago, salt, pepper, flavouring and chili powder and stir well.
4. Heat oil, dip chicken into egg mixture, remove and coat with seasoned flour, knead until flour evenly to all parts of the chicken, fry until cooked and browned, remove from heat.
5. Serve with fries and bottled chili sauce.
